Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers is proud to announce the opening of an exclusive pop-up restaurant, Pachamama by Eber Villalobos which will run from December 9th to March 9th.
The restaurant’s name, Pachamama, pays homage to the Peruvian term meaning Mother Earth, reflecting its commitment to sustainable, seasonal, and responsibly sourced ingredients.
Pachamama’s culinary philosophy is rooted in honoring Earth’s bounty, connecting diners to the land, and promoting mindful and responsible practices for a holistic and unmissable dining experience.
Chef Eber Villalobos, has curated a menu that reflects his passion for preserving authenticity and simplicity and draws inspiration from his Peruvian heritage and cooking techniques passed down from his mother and grandmother.

Menu Delights: Pachamama will feature a tantalizing menu, including favorites such as Tacos made with Plantain tortilla, Ceverchi, and Empanadas—all infused with Peruvian influences.

Open Tuesdays to Sundays from 7.00 PM to midnight
Festive Celebrations
Pachamama is set to add joy to the holiday season with a Christmas Day brunch starting from AED 345 and New Year’s celebrations starting from AED 480.
