The refurbishment will enhance the dining and shopping experience at Town Square, with the introduction of exciting new brands.
Yas Mall has announced an exciting line-up of new brands, cafés and restaurants set to join its extensive range of retail and dining outlets at Town Square, one of the key areas of its substantial AED 500 million redevelopment project. Now open to the public, the shopping, dining and lifestyle hub will be further enhanced over the coming months, including more landscaping, terraces and new shop designs, and is on track for its full reopening by the end of the year.
Summer time is mango time, and Town Square has welcomed the exclusive SALT’s ‘Mango Island’ pop-up, running until 9th August. Featuring a vibrant yellow structure offering a variety of scrumptious mango desserts, including the legendary Mango Softie, SALT Popsies and the famous Mango Coconut Parfait that every ‘Salter’ craves. Installed in the centre of Town Square, guests will now be able to embark on a journey of pure indulgence, with a variety of mango shakes and desserts. Whether craving sweet, tempting, decadent or refreshing, Mango Island has many options to satisfy every taste bud this summer.
In the coming months, Town Square, in the heart of Yas Mall, will also be dotted with several additions, including Table Otto – a restaurant with simple food, strong details and a grand melting pot of Italian and French with American roots, scheduled to open in July 2021; %Arabica – a unique speciality coffee concept originating from Japan; and Forever Rose – the one-of-a-kind Instagrammable 2D café, which will open its doors in August 2021.
Yas Mall will further strengthen its F&B portfolio with the addition of Entrecote Café de Paris – a quaint French-style café; and L’Eclair de Génie by Chef Christoph Adams- a speciality dessert shop and café offering the finest French pâtisserie and chocolates, in October 2021. In addition, it will welcome Kronfol serving traditional Lebanese dishes; Leens Casual to Gourmet serving exceptional food without the formalities; and Montauk by Chef Mariam Almansoori bringing Long Island beach vibes to Abu Dhabi.
The Belgian chocolate maker, Godiva will reveal an entirely new design to pleasantly surprise its customers in the coming months, while they can continue to indulge in their favourite cafés such as Shakespeare and Co., Café Nero, Paul Café and Illy Caffé, all currently trading as usual. The focal point of Town Square will be realized in Q4 with the launch of an interactive digital art screen.
Adding to its fashion portfolio, Yas Mall has recently opened the first Urban Outfitters store in Abu Dhabi, the emporium of high street fashion featuring the latest trends and style. The lifestyle retailer houses clothing and accessories from brands such as Truly Madly Deeply, Champion, Calvin Klein, Fila and Vans. The existing fashion retailers Mango and H&M are extending their stores to open their doors directly onto Town Square, while Zara will be laid out across two levels.
As the renovation is currently underway, visitors to expect ongoing works across the mall’s main areas, including the Boulevard and Food Court, scheduled for a full reopening soon.
