The vibrant, warm and timelessly chic restaurant by iconic Chefs Nicole Rubi and Pierre Gagnaire is now open at Yas Bay
The UAE capital is renowned across the globe for its fabulous dining scene and now, with the much-anticipated opening of Paradiso at Yas Bay, its sterling reputation has been taken to even greater heights.
A collaborative project between famous chef and LPM Restaurant and Bar founder Nicole Rubi and Pierre Gagnaire, the iconic Michelin-star chef behind Fouquet’s Paris and Abu Dhabi, Pierre Gagnaire in Paris and Lecture Room in London, Paradiso is an uplifting feast for all the senses.
Brimming with authentic European flair and charm, the talented Executive Chef, Balveer Balkissoon, presents a tantalising menu that takes guests on a journey through the vibrant flavours of the sun-kissed French Riviera and the Mediterranean basin.
Boasting a bright, pretty and welcoming decor created by Milanese architectural firm, Vudafieri-Saverino Partners, guests are immediately transported over to the sparkling seas, clean air and luscious greenery of this magnificent region.
Ideal for leisurely lunches overlooking the azure Arabian Gulf, perfectly crafted bespoke sundowners or elegant evening dinners, Paradiso keeps the mood constantly upbeat with live DJ sets and performances from a talented jovial band.
Bringing the magic of ‘la dolce vita’ to the UAE capital, everyone is made to feel instantly at home at Paradiso. Decorated with beautiful art and offering a sumptuous array of wholesome, beautifully simple and nourishing dishes, it offers a seamless immersion into the laid-back Mediterranean lifestyle.
Starting the experience on a high, diners are invited to ease themselves in to the world of Paradiso with an array of traditional cold and hot antipasti, including snails with garlic butter, calamari en persillade, burrata and Omani shrimps Paradiso.
Seafood lovers will also be in their element with sea bass steak, sole meuniere and roasted prawns with saté, whilst the authentic Italian-style pizzas, adorned with flavoursome fresh truffle and a variety of colourful and delicious toppings, are ideal for sharing with family and friends.
The homemade Nicole’s linguine with arrabiata sauce will satisfy even the heartiest of appetites, whilst the ‘carne’ specialties feature the highest quality cuts of meat, with tempting options such as lamb shoulder preserved with spices and grilled prime beef rib.
Light and delicate beef carpaccio and grilled Octopus also join home baked fresh focaccias and daily lunch time specialties, to ensure that every member of the family finds plenty to tickle their taste buds at this picturesque waterside oasis.
Of course, saving room for a traditional French dessert, crafted by the Barriere Group Abu Dhabi’s Executive Pastry Chef, Hugo Sipp, is also essential. Those with a sweet tooth can choose between the signature creamy and decadent tiramisù Paradiso, frosted lemon Paradiso, apple tart and many more indulgent and lovingly prepared treats.
The beverage menu itself is also a work of art, with a vast array of bespoke infusions created by famous mixologist and botanist Emanuele Balestra, daily aperitivo mixes and canapés that are perfect for enjoying in front of Abu Dhabi’s stunning sunsets, and rich and smooth Italian coffees.
The quality dishes are amplified with a wide choice of paired French and Italian grapes sourced from world-renowned vineyards, whilst guests will also find all their favourite premium and soft beverages ready to be served by the charismatic bar team.
Paradiso is located at Pier 71 on Yas Bay, the UAE capital’s most exciting new lifestyle destination.
