Renowned for offering gourmet cuisine and classic flavours delivered with a modern twist, Graphos Social Kitchen located within Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island, is launching the ultimate Friday Market Brunch.
Commencing on 24 September, the new brunch will take place every Friday from 1:00pm to 4:30pm, with prices starting from AED 269 inclusive of soft beverages, AED 379 inclusive of house beverages, and AED 499 inclusive of premium bubbly. Guests can meander through the various stations to enjoy an array of mouth-watering dishes from across 15 interactive food stations and circle around the cocktail and mocktail stations.
Kick-start the culinary adventure at the Cold Buffet and Salad Station, starring fruity sesame chicken, salmon gravlax, and a selection of fresh greens to create the perfect salad. Follow the aromas of freshly baked bread and delicious cheeses to fill the plate at the Bread and Cheese Station and indulge in the bounty of European favourites at the Hot Buffet and Pasta Wheel Station. Tuck into scrumptious dishes including Hungarian beef goulash, 48 hour braised lamb shank and seafood bouillabaisse.
Taste the flavours of the east at the Sushi and Sashimi Station where irresistible delicacies and popular seafood classics are served, such as, salmon ceviche, fresh oysters, and various sushi and maki rolls. Experience deeper eastern flavours at the Indian, Asian, and Manakeesh and Hot Mezze Stations offering popular, traditional dishes such as butter chicken, dim sum, and lamb kibbeh.
Choose to sit outdoors and relish in delicious meaty items including beef brisket and grilled lamb chops. Seafood lovers and vegetarians can also enjoy the smoky flavours by indulging in a delightful salmon coulibiac and various lip-smacking flatbreads. End on a sweet note at the Sweet Corner, which features a vast range of whole cakes, burnt lemon tart, apple crumble, various Arab-inspired desserts and don’t forget the nitro-ice cream, where your inner child comes out.
Pair the plates with glasses of grape at the Wine Station or check out the jaw dropping Cocktail Station. Sip on the venue’s signature Mule on Wheels, a twist on the classic espresso martini, or choose a flavour of sorbet and let the experts transform it into a mind-blowing daiquiri. That’s not all, brunch-goers can also customize and jazz up their Bloody Mary with various spices to give it a little extra magic.
The little ones are not forgotten. Children can enjoy the brunch experience at the Kids Corner which includes a Snowstorm Popcorn Corner, a station offering mains such as mini vegetable crudities and the cheesiest mac and cheese, the Dessert Station which boasts an impressive chocolate fountain, and the Candy Station, filled with large jars of chocolates and sweets.
