Goldfish Sushi & Yakitori Partners with Badoú for Exclusive Summer Drinks and Dessert Menu

The matcha-inspired menu will be available daily at the restaurant in Marina Mall until the end of August.

This summer, Goldfish Sushi & Yakitori, the Japanese dining concept in Marina Mall, partners with Badoú, the homegrown pop-up eatery beloved for its coffee and decadent bites, for a limited-time collaboration that brings together refined Japanese style and playful, seasonal desserts. Available daily through August, the menu offers a curated lineup of drinks and sweets in celebration of summer’s star ingredient – matcha.

The exclusive offering includes signature matcha food and drink creations by Badoú, along with teas, coffees, and refreshing mocktails. Highlights include the Salted Vanilla Matcha and Matcha Affogato, as well as Matcha Basque Cake, Matcha Cookies, Matcha Lazy Cake, served with white chocolate sauce, and Strawberry & Coconut Matcha Roll – a visually striking dessert with layers of matcha-infused chiffon, coconut crémeux and berry compote.

For those who prefer classics, the selection also features Baklava Cheesecake, Honey Cake, and a light, tropical Coco Mango sponge cake with coconut ganache and mango compote.
