Filini Garden is bringing the heat this F1 season, with Italian Michelin-starred Chef Nicola Fossaceca at the helm of the restaurant’s seasonal celebrations. Chef Nicola’s expertise in cooking seafood will be reflected in an exclusive menu of his creations, with dishes designed to be shared. Guest must-haves include Cicoria e Cicale di Mare, Ravioli di Ricotta in Brodetto di Crostacei, and Triglia in Skapece Espresso.
