Savour a slice of French history in true Parisian style with an exquisite set menu of fine dining delicacies in the heart of the spectacular Louvre Museum

As French revellers gear up for Bastille Day celebrations on 14^th July, the world-renowned Parisian fine dining hot spot Fouquet’s at Louvre Abu Dhabi is launching its own special set menu for the occasion – including a glass of champagne to raise a toast!

Starters – Marinated prawns, white asparagus, citrus mayo

Green peas’ velouté, burrata ice cream

Mains – Vol au Vent Ducroux, chicken suprême, veal sweetbread, pilaf rice

or

Roasted Wagyu beef tenderloin, trufe mashed potato

Cheese Plate – Selection of French cheeses, seasonal chutney

Desserts – Crêpes Suzette, flambéed with Grand Marnier

or

Profiteroles – choux pastry, vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, chocolate sauce and almonds

Apple tart, salted butter caramel, vanilla Chantilly (to share)
