COYA Abu Dhabi, the world-renowned Peruvian lifestyle experience, is thrilled to bring the most electric white party on the planet back to the UAE capital this June.
Taking place on Friday, June 20, this year’s much-anticipated edition of La Noche Blanca promises to be an even bigger and better than ever before. Honoured every summer at COYA branches across the globe, the legendary event invites everyone to dress in their most glamorous all-white outfit, and enjoy an unforgettable celebration filled with captivating beats, amazing Peruvian cuisine, and enthralling live music and entertainment.
An experience that no foodie or music lover can afford to miss, COYA Abu Dhabi’s expert chefs have curated a special five-course set menu exclusively for this year’s edition. Taking in some of COYA’s most much-loved signature specials along with a selection of new and reimagined recipes, the sharing-style menu introduces guests to the varied and diverse nature of authentic Peruvian cuisine, and the vibrant flavours of COYA.
Starting with creamy guacamole prepared fresh at the table, guests are then treated to a spread of COYA’s most famous ceviche, nigiri and sashimi appetisers. Including truffle snapper ceviche, classic sea bass ceviche, tuna aburi nigiri and more light and fresh delicacies, the next course then stars delicate nibbles such as lobster tacos with ají charapita chilli, avocado and togarashi, stuffed squid with lemongrass aioli, balsamic spinach salad with caramelised hazelnuts, date syrup and much more.
Those of all tastes and dietary preferences will then be left fully satisfied by the sumptuous main course selection. Presenting whole grilled lobster with black ponzu, kimchi and panca chilli, juicy grilled Wagyu sirloin with Peruvian spice rub and chimichurri, and vegan-friendly grilled aubergine with limo chilli, tomato, basil, and parmesan, the gastronomic experience is then concluded with a spread of COYA’s most irresistible desserts.
Spanning the decadent COYA sundae piled with chocolate mousse, banana bread, corn flakes, ice cream and tres leches, alongside lime cheesecake with exotic fruits sorbet, kunafa and fresh peach and mango, and tropical Peruvian purple corn colada with granita, passionfruit and orange shortbread, each course can also be further enhanced with COYA’s specially crafted signature cocktails, and premium bottle service.
Once the feasting has concluded, friends and loved ones are then invited to hit the Pisco Bar and dance the night away to COYA MUSIC’s enrapturing tribal beats and deep house tunes. Set against extraordinary views of the Arabian Gulf and elevated with elegant white La Noche Blanca decorations, it promises to be a mesmerising evening and the perfect way of welcoming in the summer season.
La Noche Blanca at COYA Abu Dhabi will take place for one night only on Friday, June 20, from 9 pm until late. The La Noche Blanca set menu is priced AED 590 per person and available for a minimum of two people.
Kids below 12 will be seated in the main dining area during the second seating, and an AED 150 cancellation fee applies to group bookings.
