After the successful Mexican pop-up dining experience last year, Chef Christian Buenrostro invites lovers of Mexican food to celebrate Cinco de Mayo from April 29 to May 5, 2024 at Eclipse Terrace at Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island.

Driven by a deep love for Mexican cuisine and a desire to celebrate its vibrant culture and heritage, Chef Christian Buenrostro has curated a menu that showcases the diverse flavours of his native country.

The menu features a true fiesta of dishes, from classic Guacamole to enticing Chicken al Pastor Tacos. Guests can also savour unique flavours such as Quesatacos and refreshing Vuelve a la Vida Ceviche Acapulco Style.

Several dishes stand out on the menu, each offering a unique twist on Mexican favourites. Chef recommends trying the Marinated Tuna Tostadas, bursting with fresh flavours, or the Ancho Chile Braised Veal Cheek & Plantain Sopes, a decadent and flavourful combination.

The menu also features Taco Al Pastor De Pollo and Taco De Pescado Estilo Baja, offering both meat and seafood options. No Mexican celebration is complete without dessert, and Chef Buenrostro doesn’t disappoint with his signature Mexican Churros and Tres Leches Cake.

To perfectly complement the festive menu, the bartenders at Eclipse Terrace have crafted three signature Mexican-inspired cocktails. The Pepper Mexicana is a refreshing mix of tequila, passion fruit, bell pepper, and tangerine shrub, while the Eclipse Michelada offers a unique twist on the classic with tequila, Cointreau, tomato, grapefruit, and Tabasco. For those seeking a smoky flavour, the Agave Twist combines mezcal, rum, green apple, orgeat, cilantro, and lemon.
