An evening of unexpected flavours and social discovery through the art of beer tasting
Happy Together, Abu Dhabi’s leading curator of creative social experiences, introduces an all-new beer tasting evening on 4th July at The Bridges, Fairmont Bab Al Bahr. Designed for both dedicated beer aficionados and curious newcomers, the event brings a curated selection of ten exceptional European beers to the capital, paired with indulgent shared platters in an atmosphere that celebrates connection and discovery.
The Brews
Set within the vibrant and welcoming ambiance of Bridges Bar, the evening promises a taste-driven journey through Europe’s most renowned breweries — from the iconic Krombacher of Germany to Italy’s Menabrea, Belgium’s beloved Kristoffel and Stella, Spain’s Moritz, Scotland’s Tennents and BrewDog Punk IPA, the Netherlands’ Heineken, and Ireland’s O’Hara’s.
Each guest samples all ten varieties in tasting shots, culminating in a full pour of their chosen highlight.
The Bites
Complementing the beers, guests will share an array of comfort classics including chicken wings, chilli con carne nachos, fried calamari, onion rings, French fries, and pizzas with margherita and spicy salami toppings — creating a warm, laid-back dining experience that brings people together in unexpected ways.
The Price
Priced at AED 250, with a special rate of AED 230 for Happy Together members, the experience invites guests to explore bold IPAs, smooth lagers, and crisp pilsners, before selecting a favourite to enjoy as a full pint.
