This unique collaboration brings a personal touch to an evening centered around tradition, community, and culinary craftsmanship.
The Iftar buffet at Cyan Brasserie is a culinary journey through Arabic and international flavors, carefully curated to honor the season’s spirit. Start with a selection of traditional Ramadan beverages, followed by an enticing variety of cold and hot mezze, including Hummus, Babaganoush, Muhammara, and crispy Kibbe.
From there, savor hearty mains, such as Lamb Harees, Butter Chicken, Shrimp Biryani, and Arabic Mixed Grill. Bringing a touch of theater to the experience, our live stations feature freshly prepared Traditional Lamb Ouzi, Chicken & Lamb Shawarma, Saj Bread, and Kunafa, served warm for a delicious indulgence.
No Ramadan celebration is complete without dessert. End on a sweet note with Baklava, Saffron Milk Cake, Mahalabia, and an assortment of Arabic and international confections—a perfect finale to an evening of shared moments.
