Paradiso, the picturesque Mediterranean hotspot on Abu Dhabi’s gorgeous Yas Bay is kicking off the year with the launch of its unique brunch,, featuring a wide variety of delicious dishes and refreshing beverages.

A collaborative project between Nicole Rubi, the famous chef and founder of LPM Restaurant and Bar, and Pierre Gagnaire, the iconic Michelin-star chef behind Fouquet’s Paris and Abu Dhabi, Paradiso Abu Dhabi is renowned for being one of the most special and vibrant restaurants in the city.

A sophisticated waterfront escape, Paradiso invites guests to relax on the stunning terrace, located just steps from the azure waters of the Arabian Gulf, and savour a flawless selection of charming specialities inspired by the laid-back lifestyle of the glamorous French Riviera.

In addition to the mouthwatering menu, live music will take you on a trip to Tuscany, where the inspiration for this bold brunch was derived. Outdoor terrace seating provide the perfect setting to relax and enjoy a leisurely brunch with friends and loved ones, that includes your furry-friends.

Providing enticing palate pleasers that further uplift the restaurant’s authentic and intimate ambiance, the new specialities span enchanting and unique recipes. This is portrayed in the distinctive twist on the iconic French classic features, giving dishes a delightful touch.

Starting with a choice between bruschetta, Chicory Salad, beef carpaccio, Burrata, crab croquettes, and more. Meanwhile, the homemade pasta selection has been reimagined to include new sumptuous varieties such as plin plin stuffed with ricotta.

Adding further delights, seafood fans will be in their element with the mains starring a nourishing and wholesome portion of sea bass, accompanied by Ratte potatoes and Rocca salad. This, in addition to Rib eye steak, grilled gambas and Nicole’s’ roasted cockerel.

Furthermore, those with a weakness for authentic Italian cuisine will adore the pizza varieties. Stone baked to create a light, crispy and aromatic base just like the ones found on the streets of Florence, the chorizo pizza presents a beautiful combination of fiery spicy sausage and juicy red peppers, and the truffle pizza offers a tantalizing mix of creamy cheese and luscious truffles.

Finally, Hugo Sipp, Barriere Group Abu Dhabi Executive Pastry Chef, has ramped up his legendary desert selection to offer an even greater array of sweet indulgences. From light and fruity red fruit arlette to the rich, smooth and alluring trio mousse. .
