In celebration of the rich traditions and innovative spirit of Italian cuisine, Chef Massimiliano Musso, the culinary genius behind the acclaimed Ca’Vittoria in Tigliole, will be joining Verso’s own Andrea Fioravanti this November.
Chef Massimiliano has been at the forefront of Michelin star family-run “Ca Vittoria” in piedmont for over a decade, building a legacy of excellence as his passion for Piedmontese cuisine intertwines with his knack for crafting dishes that honor tradition while embracing modernity.
His participation in the 15th Italian Cuisine and Wines World Summit 2024 is just the latest in a series of prestigious events. His culinary prowess has earned him the title of Piedmont Chef Ambassador at the United Nations Headquarters in New York. He has also showcased his skills as a Chef at the Wine World Summit in Hong Kong, a Pastry Chef at La Grotta’s restaurant in Moscow, and a Consultant Chef at Mansion Glen Cove in New York.
Massimiliano’s passion for authentic family-style Italian cooking led to a perfect collaboration with Verso’s Chef Andrea Fioravanti, as Verso’s culinary philosophy celebrates wholesome Italian cuisine. Together, these two maestros have crafted an exquisite 6-course menu using only the finest ingredients, with each dish rooted in recipes passed down from generation to generation.
The menu is a masterpiece created by two culinary visionaries whose palette for new ingredients, inspired by culture, elevates the experience with flavors that feel comforting yet bold. The journey begins with an amuse-bouche of porcini mushroom profiterole topped with caviar, includes an appetizing guinea fowl ravioli, and is crowned by the bold and flavorful lamb and artichoke that make up part of the main course.
This exclusive menu promises to deliver an unforgettable gastronomic journey and will be available from 20 – 22 November 2024 at AED 399 per person with soft beverages included.
