Fouquet’s Abu Dhabi is elevating its February offerings with an exclusive Chef’s Table menu and a hommage to the world-renowned French black truffle
Fouquet’s Abu Dhabi, the UAE branch of the iconic Parisian restaurant, is presenting a number of exquisite dining events for the month of February.
Residents and visitors are invited to savour a specially curated Chef’s Table dining journey, created in honour of the launch of Middle East & North Africa’s 50 Best Restaurants, and a four-course hommage à la truffle noire melanosporum.

Fouquet’s Abu Dhabi is delighted to once again participate in the emirate’s immensely popular Chef’s Table series, and present a set menu of exquisite French culinary delights from Wednesday, February 2 to Friday, February 11.
This special edition is timed to coincide with the much-anticipated launch of Middle East & North Africa’s 50 Best Restaurants. With the glamorous awards ceremony taking place on February 7, a whole programme of spectacular culinary activations will take place throughout the city, and each aspect designed to shine a spotlight on the region as a world-class culinary destination.
Fouquet’s is delighted to participate in this programme and present a decadent Chef’s Table menu created by Michelin-star chef Chef Pierre Gagnaire. Spanning five incredible courses, the experience can be further enhanced with a selection of pairing grapes curated by the distinguished venue’s expert sommelier.
The array of dishes stars some of the iconic restaurant’s most famous and wonderful dishes, including truffle foie gras terrine with caramelised sweet onion marmalade and Sarladais croque monsieur, roasted potato gnocchi with squid rings, wilted spinach and Parmesan cream, and a perfectly prepared chicken breast with sweet onion and Parisian mushrooms.
Each exquisite dining voyage culminates with the grand finale, an artistic serving of sweet and decadent vanilla frozen parfait, dulcey chocolate, meringue and orange coulis.
Hosted in partnership with the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi and running as part of the Abu Dhabi Culinary Calendar, the Fouquet’s Chef’s Table Menu is available from February 2 to 11, priced AED 450 per person for the set menu and AED 200 per person for wine pairing.
Hommage à la truffle noire melanosporum
From now until February 28, the unique and charming taste of French black truffle is being showcased in spectacular style at Fouquet’s Abu Dhabi.
Inviting guests to discover the rich and fabulous flavours of this iconic ingredient, the elegant restaurant is presenting a four-course menu of sumptuous delicacies that are guaranteed to delight and enrapture even the most distinguished food connoisseur.
An exploration of pure decadence, each artistically presented dish comes infused with the distinctive flavour of high quality melanosporum black truffle. Truffle fans will be utterly enthralled as they savour celoute of sunchoke served with poached egg, Chantilly cream and roasted pine nuts, potato gnocchi with squid rings, wilted spinach and Parmesan cream, and a perfectly prepared chicken breast with sweet onion and Parisian mushrooms.
Finally, the exclusive dining voyage culminates with a sweet, creamy and tempting dessert made with vanilla frozen parfait, dulcey chocolate, meringue and orange coulis.
The Hommage à la truffle noire melanosporum’ experience is available to savour from now until February 28, priced AED 300 per person for food, and AED 450 for food, water, coffee and half a bottle red, rosé or white grape.
