Bord Eau reopens with the latest edition of the Culinary Master Series at Shangri-La Abu Dhabi

Shangri-La Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi welcomes back the Culinary Master Series Alongside Michelin-starred Chef Sylvain Sendra

Shangri-La Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi, will soon reopen the doors of its award-winning French restaurant, Bord Eau with Paris based Michelin-Starred chef, Sylvain Sendra. From October 20 to 23, Chef Sylvain will be presenting a sumptuous 6-course menu also a part of the hotel’s highly popular ‘Culinary Master Series.’

At the ‘Culinary Master Series’ event Chef Sylvain, owner of Michelin-starred eatery La Fleur De Pave, in Paris will demonstrate his innovative and celebrated skills along with precision technique as he showcases a menu that will please even the most discerning palates at Bord Eau.

Highlights from the menu include ‘An amuse bouche centred around Ravioli and paired with mushrooms and eggs,’ ‘Classique Choux Fleur Vanilla served with a creamy purée,’ and ‘Pigeon molasses of pomegranates, sumac, beetroot, and black currants’ amongst other dishes.  

Bord Eau welcomes diners to a sophisticated space with high ceilings and French windows that look out to the picturesque Khor Al Maqta Canal. The restaurant has built up a reputation for showcasing fine French cuisine elevated by the very best produce. Dishes are artfully plated, with the talented culinary team putting together a menu that presents a myriad of textures, flavours and colours.

Weekly operations at Bord Eau will commence from October 28, 2022, onwards with the outlet serving dinner exclusively every Friday and Saturday. Guests can expect an intricate menu showcasing fine French cuisine.

Seasonality will be drawn into further focus as seasoned chefs prepare a Charcuterie table ideal for grazing before moving on to the main menu. All this whilst expert sommeliers lead you on an imaginary journey through celebrated French vineyards.

The ‘Culinary Master Series’ was introduced by Shangri-La Qaryat Al Beri for its novel gastro concepts in 2022 and has been praised by diners. This initiative aims to combine exceptional taste and talent presented by a selection of award-winning master chefs, paired with world-renown Shangri-La hospitality.
