COYA Abu Dhabi, the colourful Peruvian restaurant overlooking the sparkling waters of Al Maryah Island, is shaking up the city’s social scene by relaunching its popular Friday celebration. Presenting a fresh format that maintains the same vibrant atmosphere, fabulous dishes and fun times which the venue is renowned for, the much-loved hotspot is delighted to announce that COYA Brunch is officially back every Friday from 12:30pm to 4pm.
Bringing over three hours of authentic, flavour-filled South American dishes, all the best beats and refreshing mixed drinks, all expertly prepared by the highly talented bartenders and paired with the best views in town. This new-look brunch is a fabulous treat for all to enjoy.
As always, diners start their culinary journey by enjoying a superb selection of fresh salads, ceviches and maki rolls. However, instead of being served buffet style, these tasty appetisers are served straight to the table along with further light bites like the Chef’s selection of grilled skewers, Chilean sea bass croquettes and beef ribs empanadas.
Following on from the creative light bites, guests will take their pick from a choice of delicious mains. Featuring the best staples and flavour combinations of this truly uplifting and exciting cuisine, the specially curated menu features beef ribs; corn-fed baby chicken; Chilean sea bass rice pot; miso salmon and vegetarian quinoa with ricotta cheese and pumpkin iron pot.
If you are wishing to go all out and enhance your dining experience, you can always try the char-grilled prawns for an additional AED90, or the wagyu sirloin for a further AED200.
Make sure you leave room for dessert and indulge in a delightful spread of COYA’s favourite sweet treats. You won’t be able to resist a bite or two of the indulgent orange and lime churros with milk chocolate and dulce de leche sauce, Peruvian cookies with dulce de leche, chicha morada with orange shortbread and last but not least, caramel ganache with fresh berries and candied orange.
No COYA brunch would be complete without some sensational Latin American concoctions. The friendly mixologists take great pleasure in delivering their refreshing creations, all of which are carefully selected to complement the sumptuous dishes perfectly.
While the stylish venue’s trademark Pisco Sour is a must try, picture-perfect glasses of Chilcano, Aperol Spritz, Tommy’s Margarita, Whisky Sour, Peach Chilcano, Nitrotini and Moscow Mule, plus a selection of hops, grapes, mocktails and juices, are also available to help further enhance the Friday mood.
