Kai Beach unveils The Kai Beach Rituals, a new monthly wellness series presented in collaboration with global activewear brand Lululemon and wellness collective Deep Reset. Launching on Saturday, 25 October 2025, the series invites guests to embrace mindful movement and grounding practices in a serene beachfront setting. Framed by the pristine waters of the Arabian Gulf and the pristine white sands of Saadiyat Island, Kai Beach offers the perfect backdrop for experiences that nurture balance, clarity, and connection.
Timed with the cooler season, The Kai Beach Rituals offers an intentional gathering where yoga and breathwork unfold against the natural beauty of the coast. Each session begins with yoga led by a Lululemon ambassador, followed by an immersive breathwork journey with Deep Reset. Guests will experience a practice that is immediately transformative, combining controlled breathing, noise-cancelling headphones, binaural music, and voice guidance to create a deeply personal journey even in open-air surroundings. Designed to release stress, calm the mind, and restore emotional balance, the session leaves participants feeling refreshed and reconnected.
As the sun sets, the evening concludes with healthy drinks and seasonal canapés, complemented by the relaxed atmosphere of Kai Beach. Guests who book the enhanced package will also enjoy access to the private beach from 7am onwards, extending their experience in one of Abu Dhabi’s most picturesque coastal settings.
